The Challenge
- Student records, fees and results were maintained in paper registers and scattered Excel files — finding anything took hours.
- Fee collection had no audit trail: who received money, who approved it, and where it was recorded — nothing matched.
- Teachers and guardians had no direct channel; every notice travelled through students, and important updates were missed.
- Three different portals (admin, teacher, student) had to stay perfectly in sync without duplicating data.
