The Challenge
- Guardians had to call the school office for every small question — results, fee dues, exam dates.
- The web dashboard alone could not reach parents, who mostly use budget Android phones.
- Notices posted on the physical noticeboard reached students late — or never.

One Codebase, Both Platforms
React Native + Expo deliver Android and iOS from a single codebase — Expo Router handles navigation and Reanimated keeps every interaction smooth.
Push Notifications
Every result, notice and fee reminder lands instantly through Expo Notifications — missed notices became a thing of the past.
Secure by Default
Tokens live in Expo Secure Store (device keychain), sessions refresh silently, and real-time updates flow over authenticated Socket.IO.
Documents on the Go
Image picker and document upload let students submit homework and guardians share paperwork without visiting the office.
