The Challenge
- Vendors were onboarded through phone calls and spreadsheets — product listings were inconsistent and often outdated.
- Fake and abusive orders were eating delivery costs — there was no way to flag risky checkouts.
- Delivery tracking lived in a separate system, so support could not answer "where is my order?" without calling the courier.
